How it works
- Check that the kiosk is available.
- Scan the kiosk QR code and open PrntQuikly.
- Upload your document.
- Select pages, duplex/single-sided and copies.
- Pay securely through Razorpay.
- Your paid print job is sent to the kiosk queue.
- Collect the printed document when the kiosk reports completion.
Transparent printing charges
Copies multiply the selected print charge. The final amount is calculated and validated by the server before a Razorpay order is created.

1. Information We Collect
PrntQuikly may collect information required to provide the printing service, including uploaded documents, print-job details, transaction details, and contact information provided by the user.
2. Uploaded Documents
Uploaded documents are processed only for the purpose of providing the requested printing service.
3. Temporary Document Storage
Print files are stored temporarily while the print job is being processed.
Successfully completed print files are deleted after completion. Unpaid or expired uploads are automatically cleaned up according to the system's file-retention process.
4. Payment Information
Payments are processed through our payment gateway. PrntQuikly does not store users' payment credentials such as card numbers, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.
5. Use of Information
Information collected by PrntQuikly may be used to:
- Process and manage print orders.
- Process and verify payments.
- Provide printing and kiosk services.
- Handle refund or payment-related issues.
- Maintain and improve the service.
- Respond to customer support requests.
6. User Responsibility
Users must have the legal right or necessary permission to reproduce documents they upload to PrntQuikly.
Users should not upload unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise prohibited content.
7. Data Security
PrntQuikly takes reasonable measures to protect information processed through the service. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment service providers. Such providers process payment information according to their own applicable privacy policies and security practices.
9. Data Retention
Uploaded documents are retained only for the period necessary to process the requested printing service and are deleted according to the applicable file-retention process.
Transaction and order information may be retained as necessary for payment verification, accounting, customer support, legal, or regulatory purposes.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. General Policy
PrntQuikly provides self-service document printing. Payments are generally processed before a print job is queued.
2. Successful Printing
Once a print job has been successfully completed and the printed documents are available for collection, cancellation or refund may not be possible.
3. Failed Printing
If payment has been successfully completed but the print job cannot be completed because of a printer, kiosk, paper, network, or other technical problem, the transaction may be reviewed for a refund.
4. Duplicate Payments
If the same print order is accidentally paid for more than once, the duplicate transaction may be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails or is not successfully confirmed, the print job will not be treated as a successfully paid order.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Printing
If a paid document is printed incorrectly, incompletely, or is otherwise affected by a technical printing issue, the customer should contact PrntQuikly with the relevant order or payment details so that the issue can be reviewed.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be initiated after verification of the transaction and the reason for the refund. The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment method and the applicable payment service provider.
8. Refund Requests
For refund-related requests, customers should provide their order ID or payment ID and a brief description of the issue.

1. About PrntQuikly
PrntQuikly is a self-service document-printing platform that allows users to upload documents, select printing options, make online payments, and collect printed documents from a designated PrntQuikly kiosk.
2. Use of the Service
Users are responsible for ensuring that the documents they upload are accurate and that they have the necessary rights and permissions to reproduce and print the content.
3. Payment
Payment must be successfully completed before a print job is queued for processing. Applicable printing prices are displayed on the website before payment.
4. Printing and Kiosk Availability
Printing is subject to the availability of the designated kiosk, printer, paper, electricity, network connectivity, and other required equipment.
PrntQuikly does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the printing service.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
If payment is successfully completed but the printing service cannot be completed because of a kiosk, printer, or technical issue, the transaction may be reviewed for a refund in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Duplicate payments will be reviewed and refunded where applicable.
Once a print job has entered the printing process, cancellation may not be possible.
6. User Responsibilities
Users must not upload, print, or attempt to distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or prohibited content.
Users are solely responsible for the content they submit for printing.
7. File Handling
Uploaded files are processed for the purpose of providing the requested printing service and may be automatically deleted after the applicable processing or retention period.
8. No Physical Delivery
PrntQuikly does not provide courier, shipping, or home-delivery services. Printed documents are collected directly from the designated PrntQuikly kiosk.
9. Service Limitations
PrntQuikly may temporarily suspend or restrict the service because of maintenance, technical problems, printer faults, network problems, paper shortages, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
